Comments: They say that they will come Wednesday afternoon, they didn't. Then Friday morning, they didn't come. Then Saturday, they didn't come.
We were unable to get there on Wednesday and unfortunately Friday was short handed due to Thanksgiving and employees had taken off to spend time with their family. We did let you know of the delay and even called on Saturday morning to come out. There was no answer the first time we called so our technicians went to another job because we will not show up to a customer's house without confirming there is someone home. When we did get a hold of someone in the residence later on Saturday afternoon we were informed another plumber had just left.
