Work Description: He showed up as agreed and quoted a fair price, however there were areas that we had instructed him to paint that he didn’t touch the first time. He did come back the next day to get them, but, he wanted to paid additional to come and do it. Also, he was left alone in the house and he wandered through the house, opening doors and either looking in or entering rooms he had no business messing with.
