Comments: Getting the service going was a bit of a hassle because the appointed time was not met due to personnel problems. Then the rescheduled day and time was not met and no one called to explain. After I called, a third day and time was given. Then the personnel arrive on the third rescheduling and did the job. They were very efficient and courteous. The tree was cut down and debris was removed in the space of about four hours. After the false starts I am pleased with the job done but cannot give a rating of five stars I will give tree stars for the inconvenience of waiting.Jacksonville FL
