Work Description: Painted the eaves and replaced a couple of trim boards on the house.

Work Description: Repairman asked to change times was 2 hours late. had wrong address. Did not call to find the correct one. Did not get the part to finish the job said he would come back on Monday. Held up renters and property manager.
When I insisted I should have it finished now was rude and said I got a freebe and left. E.C.
