Work Description: reinforcing post he installed on my patio. Painting front exterior steel door.
Comments: Started out great, even gave him a great referral. He installed 3 posts on my patio. This is the work that got him the great referral. The new work, paint a front metal door. Joshua told me to pick up the paint, Home Depot would know what to get, so I went to Home Depot, picked up the paint. This is a metal exterior door. He sent an experienced painter to paint my front door. He paints the front door, after I asked him about some problems, he then tells me it's the wrong paint. I was surprised, this man had been at my house all day, and did not bother to tell me he was using the wrong paint. After that I asked him if the posts on my patio needed supports, he said yes, I asked him about another handyman and he gave me the name of one. So I called Joshua and informed him that I wanted supports on my posts on the patio. He said he would be over and not to worry. I told him about the paint and that Home Depot had sold me, the wrong paint (the painter could have told me that) Anyway Joshua said he would take care of it. He said he would be over April 1st. to reinforce the posts on the patio. He texted and said his AC broke and he would have to reschedule for April 2nd. I have heard nothing since. I have texted 4 times since then, I haven't heard anything. It's 8:09 pm on the 4th, I just tried to call, I got no answer. So now my door is painted with the wrong paint and Joshua, The Handy Man is nowhere to be found.San Antonio TX
