Comments: I received a call back from Jordan, as well as multiple other prospects from different businesses in the area. Since Jordan was the first to contact me back, my husband called him later that evening to make arrangements for him to come repair our blinds. After speaking to him on the phone for half an hour, I was certain we had found someone to do the repair. As a result, I ended up deleting all of the other messages I received containing contact info from other businesses that contacted me. After they spoke on the phone, he then texted my husband and told him to let him know what times we would be available on Monday. My husband texted him back the same day. No response. Monday rolls around, my husband texted him again. No response. My husband later called him. No answer, and the voicemail was full. At this time it became pretty apparent that we were being stood up. I feel it was a waste of time when there are so many other people who could’ve done the job for us. If there are jobs you consider too small, you might need to re-evaluate the type of business you are running.-
