Comments: Even ten 🌟stars would not be enough for this firm. Mark was more of a consultant than a salesman, and the package we purchased (compared with our former vendor, who also bid on this project) provided a vastly superior air conditioner, at a lower price, with a much better warranty, better financing, better service, and far more sophisticated personnel (especially Mark, whose depth of expertise cannot be overstated). Gray and One did a perfect job installing our new Amana a/c. They showed up on time, worked steadily, left everything perfectly clean, and we're a delight to work with. Mark is providing a full year of preventive maintenance at no charge, and personally showed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. I also strongly recommend Amana A/C, which is whisper quiet and coils without blowing drafts. On Mark's recommendation, we also purchased the very advanced air purification system that is used in Army field hospitals, some school systems, and elsewhere. It prevents and cures "sick building syndrome" and has been proven to kill a multitude of germs, including MRSA, mold, and many viruses and bacteria. Comments: I had to hire an AC repair for my disabled sister's house in South Florida. Temp Pro called me within minutes to get my business and scheduled a service call for the next day. They stayed in touch through the whole process and handled my sister's job with sensitivity and respect toward her disability. They were able to fix the problem quickly at a fair price and provided advice to maintain it, but warned me to be prepared to replace this aging 12-year old central air system. Comments: I picked Temperature Pro, because Mark (I guess the owner) was very upfront, explained the whole thing, was very patient answering all my question and the price he gave was turnkey price. Michele who came to measure the system did a thorough job, measuring everything and taken a picture to take back to technicians. In my case it is not just rip and replace, I wanted to move the condenser about 12 feet away from where it stood all these years. Frank and justin were the installers, they tag teamed the job very efficiently., very clean operation., they didn't leave any debris, packing material or garbage around. They even dug out the pavers to install the concrete pad and did a great job on running the power and other cables, nice and tidy job. I would highly recommend using Temperature Pro for your future job. BTW, i replaced my AC unit with Amana 2stage variable speed Air Conditioner., it is very quiet.West Palm Beach FL

Work Description: We had no a/c. Talked to Mark at 7:45 am. At 8:30 am Patrick and Billey were at my condo. At 9:30 am my air was fixed and running, they had the replacement part on the truck. In addition to the repair, they checked the whole system to make sure my a/c was running properly.
Comments: A great job!!!!! The staff was very professional and quickly fixed my a/c. Mark called the following day to make sure my a/c was running properly.-
