heater on October 30 th, 2022. From our initial meeting to
inspecting and evaluation our home, Ivan Rosa
exceeded our expectations. Ivan was very
professional, honest, knowledgeable, patient and
easy to work with. We had a lot of questions about
the new system, energy usage, costs savings, and
Ivan took the time explaining in detail which
system would fit for our home. We signed the
contract with Ivan on the same day because he
offered us a good deal. We were very impressed by
the quick installation scheduled which was the next

did a final walk-through with us explaining what was
done and making sure that we were satisfied with the
installation. Temperature Masters offers the best warranty: 12 years on parts and 12 Years labor compared to 10-year parts +
5-year labor with other companies. It has been 20 days after installing and our new Heat works amazing.

Comments: Temperature Masters installed an Air Conditioner unit in my unit in July 2019. I paid the full amount for unit, installation & permit and 10-year warranty of parts & 2 years on labor work. After the installation, south Brunswick township inspectors failed the installation inspection both on Plumbing & Electric work. Upon escalation, to Mr. Santiago Francisco they fixed both plumbing and electric work. After re-inspection township passed the plumbing work, failed electric work with additional issues.I escalated it 2nd time with Mr. Santiago on the electric failure information. After several follow-ups, he sends his people to fix the new issues. Unfortunately, the inspector failed the work again as they did not seem to have fixed the issues he called out (per inspector message). Since then, I have contacted several times thru TXT messages, phone calls, and emails. They ignored my messages. I even send them a final notice stating, I will be filing a complaint to consumer court.. despite that no response from these guys. I escalated to consumer court, it is going thru reviews now.
Don’t trust these guys on quality or commitment. Better pay a small premium and use some reputed company to get your needs addressed.
