Work Description: Replace leaking trim around window
Comments: Hired Chris to repair some leaking trim around a window. He told a sad story about how he was just starting his business and his truck had gotten stolen recently. Therefore, he needed me to pay half ($1500) up front so he could "get the materials." He came out one more time - for about 10 minutes - and never returned. He told me in a text message that he was coming back to finish, but then he never returned any phone calls or text messages again. I sued him in small claims court, but he ignored the summons and didn't show up for court. Chris Taylor is a serial scam artistHarrisonville MO

Work Description: Framing & Flooring
Comments: Chris was hired for framing and flooring in my home. He quoted me a price for 3 different projects and I gave him a check and cash that evening . He cashed it the very next morning. He came out a handful of time for 45 mins each time and then ghosted. Multiple texts and calls, no answer. I asked for my money back and he said he would give it back. Never did. I am now taking him to small claims court to collect.Harrisonville MO

Comments: This man was paid to replace an exsisting fence. He removed the fencing that was up an never replaced it. Numerous calls an texts with no response. When he did he would say he would be out an never showed. We let him know he would be taken to court if work was not done or monetbwas not returned. He told us he would return our money on Dec. 26, 2019 again he never showed.Kearney MO

Work Description: 1 handicap ramp
Comments: I would recommend Chris Taylor he was on time, continued until the job was done. Before he left I asked if it was possible to build another ramp off my front porch, he agreed and started it right then, he had to come back the next day to finish the ramp. Also the ramp in the back yard he built a stairway off the ramp so my dogs and husband could use it if they did not want to use the ramp. We are extremely pleased wit the work this company did for us.Kansas City MO

Work Description: install viny plank floor /stolen money run away
Comments: I do not recommend Christopher Taylor for any work. He agreed to install floor in my home after he came to my home to bid the job. He said he was just getting his business started and didn't have the money to buy the supplies and asked me in a text message for half $1,300.00 of the money. So I wrote him a check for half$1,300.00 on 4/ 29 promptly cashed right way 。on 4/30 7:30am he came said he would go buy the material to home depot and come back to get the work started later. but never returned .start 4/29-5/7 I was call him 93 times he never answered. text messages 57 times. 4/30 16:58pm he text me ●●Im bringing a check by tomorrow. I am not going to move all of your belongings and have to cut in the rain.●●。 May/I 13:12 PM text me●● I Will have check tomorrow. Had to wait for your check to clear.Got your check will deposit it tomorrow.●●.May 2 12:50 text me again●●It was mailed off today.●●.May 3 15:27pm text me ●● Did you get check in mail today.●●. repeatedly asked him to bring back my money but he has not done this. I waiting to May 7 I still didn't get my money back yet. he keep lied lied lied me I feel like he preys on unsuspecting women, especially those from another culture (I am from other country and came here to America with my children so we could have a better life). I feel like he took advantage of me because of my gender and culture and thinks I am not able to protect myself. I am very afraid now because he knows where I live and worry else may happen since he took my money and won't give it back to me.

Comments: Contractor only shows up a couple hours a day a couple days a week and has got over spray on all my patio furniture, concrete porch,house and yard on the outside on the tile counter tops and cabinets on the inside when confronted he quit would not recommend CHRISTOPHER TAYLOR at all-
