Work Description: Dig, find leak in water main, have city turn off service, repair leak, customer will call city to turn on service and do backfill. It took longer to do the repair as the water main was at about double the depth of normal main. Mike the plumber, had to go to the hardware store since he didn't have the right fittings. He started around 10 a.m. and finished about 2 p.m.
Comments: Syntrol was the only company that even contacted us out of the 4 that were contacted by Networx. Cost was more than estimate by about $200, but much less than replacing the whole line. It probably took 2 hours more than expected. The city work crew took about 30 minutes to arrive and it took longer to pump out accumulated water out of the hole. Cost was pretty much the same as the estimate of Trenchless service writer, but the cost of replacing the whole line was estimated at about $3K to $4 more than Syntrol which really determined our choosing Syntrol.Carmichael CA

Comments: The fees for the service were fair but an additional charge of $325 for replacing a capacitor was excessive. I contacted them about this and asked for an adjustment but received no response.Granite Bay CA

Work Description: Toilet backing up when using kitchen sink water. Clean out done,toilet changed, kitchen sink fixed....all in about an hour.
