Work Description: Deck/garage/roof

Comments: David is a scammer. We did a couple of jobs garages/roofing jobs for him and now owes us over $13,000 and refuses to answer the phone. We drove almost 2 hrs for a job that he claimed it was urgent. I never drive as far but as a favor I decided to move my schedule around to help him . We not only wasted gas but our time. I had to pay all my workers out of my own money. We have weeks trying to contact him with multiple calls and messages. This man should be ashamed of himself.

Comments: I am so embarrassed by our fence and will eventually have to redo it in a couple years. Not only does it look horrible but there are 2 inch nails sticking out throughout the fence which is a HUGE safety concerns for our dog and children down the road. I asked David to fix this issue and he continued to blow me off with excuses. I should have read reviews prior to agreeing to let this company do work on our home.

Comments: A have zero patience with people who don't keep their commitments. After the initial phone (which was immediate) to set an appointment, I received a text with a one day delay. I agreed - things come up and I understand that. He advised he would be out the next morning. That was nearly two weeks ago and there has been no contact since that time. Not keeping commitments is unprofessional and there are no circumstances under which I would do business with Four Seasons after such a performance. I don't believe this will ever be a reputable company.

Comments: My husband and I hired David’s company Surably to renovate our home by adding onto our master bath and bedroom. In our experience what went from what seemed to go good to bad very quickly. What began as coming daily in the first week or two changed to a few days a week then having to text daily asking if anyone was going to show up with little to no response. Same with phone calls, little to no response. What we were told would be a 30-45 day renovation turned into over 5 months. We begged anyone to show up and finish yet here we are,; backsplash not finished, bay window framing left exposed, electrical started but wires still hanging from the ceiling, the closet was not built to specification, barn door and pocket neither one installed, no lighting fixtures installed, etc etc. We even had to buy and paint our own bathroom and closet, all of the above included in the contract. Also when tiling our bathroom floor they covered our register vent with tile and neglected per contract to make the correction. Now we have no HVAC in our bathroom/shower. Additionally we had a barn not built by David, but per David himself and again in the contract he stated the roof was improperly installed so he would replace it. Never done. We paid an additional $1,600 to have David’s company install a bathtub, yet we had to pay a local plumber to finish the job by installing the faucet. David also verbally agreed to help us design and install a closet system. That too was never done. After more begging for someone to come out to complete our project David informed us it was “a business decision to sever ties”. Now we’re stuck having to find someone to finish what’s left with what’s left of the contracts funds. We have many pictures of the unfinished and partially finished work if anyone wants to see. Again, in our experience we would not hire this company again for any project.

Comments: Horrible experience with this company. Paid a large amount of money upfront and saw very little return. The guys that showed up had no idea what they were doing. I could not get David to come out to look at the nightmare they created. I am having to hire a real contractor to fix their costly mistakes. Very disappointment in the time committed ot the job and the poor work effort..

Comments: Well friends, this is Pastor James Gill of Liberty Baptist Church in Gallatin, TN. My wife Barbara and I purchased a new home place late last year and wanted to have a 12 x 16 deck built with a 28 ft. handicap ramp included. After contacting some contractors, I found the prices higher than I felt was fair. Then I contacted David Bailey of Surably inc. David met me at our home, did some measuring and calculations, then quoted me a price that surprised me. Not only was the price in my budget range but he told me they would start immediately, even though heavy rain and snow was imminent. The work was performed quickly and his construction team worked constantly with any breaks other than lunch. Now my wife and I don’t have to climb steps, which is very difficult since we both are knocking on the door of 80 years old and both have false knees, and we can enter our carport with ease. God bless David and his crew. I strongly recommend if you need a deck and ramp, he is the one to call!

Comments: If I could give no stars, I would. The owner is unable to tell the truth about nearly anything. We are in week 24 and no end in sight. This guy did not even pull permits as requested which is a violation of the law. Avoid at all costs.

Comments: Initial job inspection went fine - they showed up on time and raised no issues. On install day they arrived an hour late and said the job was now more complicated and would be double the estimate. Wanting to try to keep the job going through to completion I did concede to more than the original estimate, but the "boss" (on phone) insisted on double or nothing. Had to cut my losses at that point and called off the job.
no sir not entirely accurate. our intial quote was $350. you asked us to be at $300 we agreed. Once we arrived onsite we found the materials you bought would not work. We explained to you we could do the project for $550 because we were going to have to do the running to get the proper materials and we already spent a hour with you with two guys waiting to get it worked out. you said $500 and we could do it. at $550 we were breaking even and we explained why. so while you can give us bad review this was not on us. if we would have bought the materials it would have been but you bought from lowes and for some reason you didnt allow them to install for $150 like you told us. we wish you luck and apolgize for the trouble. and this was the boss on the phone. thank you and again sorry for your troubles.
