Work Description: Patch driveway, fill cracks and apply 2 seal coats
Comments: Nightmare experience. Paid in full, but work not completed (we are elderly couple). Contracted to patch driveway, fill cracks and apply 2 seal coats. Used course grade asphalt with large aggregate and lots of loose rock after installation - no roller (said he had one). Only one coat of sealer which immediately flaked off due to poor surface prep. Never applied the 2nd coat. Dozens of calls and emails, with no luck - just lots of excuses. Also knocked down brick wall, mailbox and shrubs. Reported to Attorney General and BBB, but never compensated for the 2K$ of unfinished seal coat, poor work or property damage.Moncure NC

Comments: I am extremely satisfied with the work Sunrise did on my driveway. The driveway was originally a gravel driveway that had developed severe ruts over the years from the rain. Steve and his team graded the driveway and made a new route for me to eliminate part of the old driveway that I no longer wanted. This was a long driveway, splitting up and going to both sides of the house. I have really enjoyed using it the past few months since it's been paved. I have a white house, so the asphalt looks really sharp from the road. I am currently working on a white stone border for the driveway. Yes, I would use Sunrise again if I needed an asphalt driveway.Garner NC
