Work Description: inspected hvac unit for possible repairs to reduce the noise the unit was making. it is installed incorrectly and consequently has worn parts. Only a very costly repair or a compete replacement would reduce the noise.
Comments: I was disappointed that the noise couldn't be reduced. However, they didn't suggest repairs that weren't needed or were only intended to make them money. They told me the truth and were very polite and professional. The price was fair for the amount of work because they tried to install some sound cancelling pads but it couldn't be done.-
