Work Description: replace siding

Comments: had our siding replaced this summer.and our gutters this fall. took a little longer than expected due to our wonderful Wisconsin weather, but looked perfect in the end. the siding crew was very accommodating to the fact we have dogs and kids that run around outside and cleaned up every evening before leaving and swept for nail. they also made sure to keep the fence closed. The gutter crew was very fast, efficient and pleasant to communicate with.

Comments: Numerous ‘rain’ delays, poor communication, claimed material was defective, claimed ordered wrong material, never contacted by company for any issues on their side-we had to initiate everything. Eventually get material, lower gauge, different company and not at all what we’d agreed upon. No apology. Spoke with the company who the material should have come from-they don’t do business with this company, nor do they sell their product through the supply company where the alternative material was purchased.
We let our roofing project manager go because of numerous issues. We also have this customer a complete refund of there money as well as reached out via attorney if there was anything else that could be done. He has yet to receive a response. Again if you feel there is anything else we can do other then a 100% refund which we did please call our office. Thank you and again sorry for the inconvenience
