Work Description: Driveway

Comments: Drirveway looked great until they cut 5" off the side of it and said it was customer fault because of what he said, saying that he wanted a 2" divent in the side of driveway for the hose. They refuse to take any responsibility for this, even though I said that I would pay Sullivan Construction an extra $200 for materials
I've tried to resolve this issue but Mary Jo just got angry.

Comments: These folks are top notch. Friendly, reasonable. Mary Jo kept me in the loop every step of the way. A couple of snags related to one area that kept them so busy, and no charge for the extra time.

I even,at the last minute added a bit, Mary Jo's response.... No problem. We can do that!

They've all been invited to our open house. Can't say enough good things about them.

Comments: he formed up and poured a 44'x30 slab for garage, and formed and poured with footer 16x60 pad and a 10'x210' driveway and apron. He had the pest control out with 2 hours of job, unbelievable , had the tree removal started the same day, and I was totally impressed with his work and professionalism. I have never hired anyone as good as Rob Perkins!! I give him 5 stars in every category. He came in the cheapest bid too. Helen Sharp You can come out and look at the job anytime.

Comments: Have a hard time getting a copy of insurance and business licence
This is a very small job that I knocked $200 off. Trying to be nice. We dont really do jobs that small plus I was willing to do it with you out of state, no money up front, just on your word. And I sent you a text with our insurance information... you said no you wanted it sent in an email. I said no problem but I've been in the field and hadn't had much time in the office getting in at dark. Either way that discounted price has expired.

Comments: Not professional. No written estamate or contract. Day of project was told it would be a additional $250 to pump the concrete to my back yard. No written estimate stating if the truck did not reach the back yard it would be $250 more. So we did pay the extra charge. Very poor workmanship, they promised they would return to fix gaps in the edge and sides of the patio, did not return and ignore calls and text messages. I have pictures not able to upload on your site.Stay away from Rob's All Phase.

Comments: Didn't even have a tape measure when they came to do the estimate , Gave us a price dug the driveway out then when they came to form it they said they made a mistake and that instead of $3400 it would be $5900 , so we said no we had other estimates close to their original one , But the concret truck showed up 2 days later to pour it because they never canceled the delivery

Work Description: Two sidewalk slabs were badly lifted by tree roots. Two other slabs not lifted as much but needed to be matched in height.

Comments: The crew of two worked like crazy to match up four slabs of concrete well into the night. You would be hard pressed to find a more polite and hard working crew.
