Work Description: Replaced my 50 gal water heater.
Comments: My water heater went out and I could not get it back on. I called Straight Up Plumbing and was able to schedule an appointment next day. I had another company out same day but I didn't get a good feeling from what I was being told. After Straight Up's technician checked it out, he went over a couple of options for replacing my unit. He also offered to repair it but after our discussion it made sense to not waste money on my old unit. The technician let me make the decision on which option and even though it was more than the other company I truly believe I made the right decision. Worth the money and will definitely call them again!-
