I would like to introduce myself and my company Straight Out Renovators. We are an Interior Renovation Contractor in the business since 1985 (also under a former name, County Line Interiors, Inc. ). Our office is centrally located in Jackson, NJ and we are a merit shop.
Our company is headed by me, Julian Rodriguez, President and founder. My experience and knowledge give an assurance to our clients that the project will be serviced in a professional manner. Whether your project is residential, commercial, healthcare or industrial, we have the capability to assist you to a successful completion!
Straight Out Renovators has extensive background in the residential and commercial sectors. Our history shows a diversity of clients including Colleges ,Universities, General Contractors, Hospitals, Property Management Companies and the Residential Sector. Throughout our 29 years, we have developed working relationships with educational establishments like Holy Family Elementry School in Lakewood, N.J. Columbia, Fordham Universities, Adelphi, Barnard, Teachers College, NYU. Cooper Union, (and many more colleges ) were we performed work in their dormitories, public spaces, and classrooms. Straight Out Renovators has also worked on projects with hospitals, Beth Isreal Medical Center, NYU Medical Center, Mount Sanai, Memmorial Sloan Kettering. We have worked with General Contractors Like: Sciame Construction, Turner Construction, Hudson Meridian & Hitt Contractors, and Morse Deisel. We have performed work from office renovations & storefront refitting to high-end residential work for the Manocherian Brothers Property Management. We also do work for Meridian Properties where we do Prevailing Wage projects for all of the N.J. State Buildings.
Straight Out Renovators does interior renovation work such as kitchen & bath remodeling, new partition walls, interior doors, frames, drywall, painting.

Holy Family - Lakewood N.J. - Paint the Cafeteria, 2 lounges, the Gym, Stripp wood paneling to its Natural wood color, Remove acoustical ceiling tiles and install new and spray the grid system.

Columbia University - Hogan Hall: Renovation to floors 2 through 7. Two phase project completed in the summer of 2011. Work entailed: demo kitchens & installation new kitchen cabinets; demo/renovate student bathrooms;
build partition walls; install 152 doors; demo/install new Parterre flooring; skim coating & painting.

Columbia University at Pupin Hall: Woodwork refinishing in 20 offices (strip, stain & refinish furniture and mouldings).

Holy Family School Lakewood New Jersey - Paint the Gym, the cafeteria-
Total Cost of Project- $30,000.00
Holy Family School Lakewood New Jersey- Strip 3,200 sq. ft. of wood Paneling by strippng an old gray stain and fire proofing coating. Bringing the wood to its natural state, applying fireproofing coating , sealer, stain and polyurethane. In addition spraying Pro Coat Acoustical Restoration paint to the Grid and Acoustical Tiles.
