Work Description: Concrete Foundation - InstallComments: We signed a contract on October 14 although his license was suspended in September. We believed him that he was in the process of renewing it. We paid him for half of the work and it was started within a few days. The delivery of the ordered supplies was slow in coming. (The fault of Home Depot-we were told). We were ready for the concrete to be poured by Oct. 26, but Mr. Stevens said he fell and broke his hip and was hospitalized so all work stopped. The job is still not finished. The last communication i received was a message from his wife that Mr. Stevens was in serious condition. She said she would call me later with more information. She never did. My calls were then blocked and recent text messages ignored with no communication for a week now. All I want is to know something about when they plan to finish the job. The foundations are dug and supports put in but with all the rain we had, sand has washed back into the trenches and may have to be dug out again.
