Comments: We have had several issues arise from his work but these are the ones most notable, to date:Regarding our new roof. There were inch wide gaps found between the roof and wall sheathing that allowed rain water to enter into our home. Another large gap between gutter and the roof caused us to experience serious water damage. So many issues really including a cracked pipe boot and improperly installed shingles.
Painted over a load bearing beam that had been clearly rotted out at the bottom. Safety issue without mention.
As to our new plumbing. A water leak from a toilet upstairs caused water damage to our ceiling. Possible black mold in our crawlspace. The pipe grade and angles are wrong in several areas.
We found that he nailed drywall to rotted out 2x4s of the wall frame which led to large wall cracks. In many areas placed fresh timber on timber that had lost its integrity.
Many other lesser more cosmetic related issues like putting non-insulated hot pipes over plaster which caused the plaster to bubble and peel.
Plenty of opportunities given for him to come by and provide his own assessment and work out the situation with us as human beings should. He said he would come by. We waited x3 and he never showed.

and began repairs at 7:30 the next morning. A fast, perfect repair before possible afternoon rain. Highly recommended.
