Work Description: I needed a pool pad laid that had a 5ft x 10.5ft x 30inches deeper section. The whole pad was 16ftx9ft and was 6 inches thick.
Comments: I had a number of specific requests in what exactly I needed and Stanley had no trouble granting them all. They had formed the pad when I came back with a foot shorter width for the deeper area. No problem. They just shortened it and ended up having to use more cement than was really needed. I needed the sides, corners and bottom of the deeper section smooth for the pool liner. No problem. They came and grinded the sides and bottom smooth and caulked the corner. Comments: I love it! Stanley Construction was the first contractor to contact me And with each communication thereafter, he continued to exceed my expectations! The owner and crew were punctual, courteous, and very professional. I was completely comfortable having them In my home while I was at work.Quality was their main priority! Each day the owner would contact me to ensure I was satisfied, and reassured me that if I wanted anything touched up to simply call! No need though... the painting is great and I admire the custom painted closet and bathroom everyday! Thank you Stanley Construction!!

Work Description: Stanley with Stanley Construction completed our painting project way ahead of the deadline and totally surprised us! We left him at our house as we stayed in a hotel while he completed the work. Knowing we were staying in a hotel and spending valued money, Stanton and his crew work extra long hours so that we could get back to our home sooner. The quality was not shy of excellent. Stanton and his crew did so much more than our agreement. As they where painting and scraping my ceilings Stanton took it into his hands to do a few extra things around the house that he noticed wouldn’t look right. Absolutely amazed. Definitely use Stanley Construction, also very professional an informational.

Comments: Stanley was a real pleasure to work with. I have to say I was so nervous about this whole thing. It seemed so overwhelming. I had talked to several contractors in which they were all nice. However, once meeting Stanley he instantly made me feel calm somehow. I’m assuming it was because he was confident, knowledgeable, and all the new trends and fashions in the construction world. He was able to take my ideas and put them into a really nice 3D drawing as to what my kitchen would look like. This really was the selling point for me. Not to mention he was 10k less than the other guy and I feel Stanley game me a way better product. He had physical samples to show me before we agreed on a product. He also took me shopping to hand select the granite, tile, paint and flooring. The project went as smooth as I could have hoped. Stanley provided me with a calendar with his schedule of work to be performed with a completion date. He met his dead line even with my changes, the rain, and the tile delivery delay. Both Stanley and his crew where all very knowledgeable, professional, polite, well dressed, and always made me feel comfortable in my own home. I had no problem leaving them in my home alone. Would I refer them to a family member or friend? Absolutely, hands down.La Mesa CA
