Work Description: House painting
Comments: The good and the bad – you decide…I discussed in person my concerns about the work he performed for me. I gave Sheldon Henry of SS Home Repairs & Renovations an opportunity to resolve the issues before I had to take it further but I never heard back from him. Less than 15 months and the paint is peeling off my house; the paint is coming off the cement patio, sidewalks & the driveway he painted; many small areas of the house wasn't covered very well by the paint; roof still leaks after the repair; over sprayed paint all over; poor preparation & cleanup; they used steel wool to remove paint off my Mexican tiles on back porch which damaged them; over sprayed white paint on my white car. I have pictures if anyone is interested.
He was very polite and likeable and he did show up when promised.
