Work Description: I had a new entrance installed a basement window installed and a shed roof replaced

Comments: On the first day he was unprepared for the work. He didn't show up at the time he said he would start. Not very detail oriented. I had to fill nail holes and replace screws that didn't match.
He was eastyto get along with and polite. Also his costs were reasonable.

Mr schaefer has a row home he was told i wouldnt know what we needed until the door was removed and i saw how the 100 yr old framing was done to know what materials we woud need . I was late the first day 30. min. he was called and told we would be late . we werent hired to paint the door the fillings of the holes is the painters responsibility. He requested $ 200 off the overall price for us being late the first day and to leave me decent feedback when i asked him to do this feedback .Also he hired us for more work after we did the window and door .so we must have done good work .

Work Description: They put in dishwasher including carpentry work. They are putting some florring in the dining room also.

Comments: This is an excellent company and very through in the work they do. Very professional.
