Main Services: New installs, Replacement work
We work together to make a professional introduction, understand your needs, create detailed estimates, start and finish projects in a timely fashion, stay on budget, and provide you with concrete work that will stand the test of time and weather through quality materials and skilled workmanship.
We primarily do driveways and patios, garage floors, walkways and steps, porch and stoops. Occasional pool decks. From the basic broom finish, to stamping the surface, from no color, to adding color to the concrete, and staining/antiquing the surface. Squared edges, rounded edges, if you've found it online, we can do it.

Work Description: Concrete patio tear out and new buildComments: Requested some work in my patio. Got a quote, talked to John, the owner, and decided to go with his company. He was very knowledgeable and upbeat. I even ran what he told me by a concrete PM at JE Dunn. So the company at first would have been rated a 5 with very good communication and their responsiveness. After the Jon started, there were a few hiccups in which I paid an extra $600. Upon completion, the finishers did not do a good job sweeping or finishing the concrete. Apparently it dried too fast for the finishers to do the picture frame boarders. The workers used my tools and wheel barrel. Upon walk through the entire patio slopes toward my house. They did not grade it properly. They admitted in writing that “that’s what happens when the workers don’t bring levels to the site.” They told me time after time that they would make good and fix it. So here we are 10 months later and they stopped returning my calls, texts and emails. They stiffed me for $3100 which was my tax money that I need to pay to the city. I still haven’t been able to recoup that money for the bill and now I have late fees tacked on. That wouldn’t have bothered me if I had gotten the concrete work that I paid for to that they sold to me. The finished product was a disaster. One of their employees who sprayed the sealer and who picked up the mess that the other subcontractor left behind said that they had done a horrible job.
So buyer beware. If you use them do yourself a favor and supervise every aspect of the job and if you see something wrong have the. Fix it immediately. Make sure that is in writing in your contract. The owner said to wait for a heavy rain to see what happens. We had several heavy rains and the water came straight into our foundation in to our basement. Which was the problem in the first place hence hiring someone to fix our patio.
