Comments: I had a regrettable experience with Havac South FL Air Services. Their service was disappointing and fell far below my expectations. The technician was not able to fix the issue. He assured me that the AC would be working after letting it run for a few hours and I was still charged a repair fee. I informed him that the unit was still not working, and he suggested that it would be best if I changed the overall unit and buy it from him, and he would credit me part of the amount charged towards installing a new unit. It became very difficult securing a meeting date with the technician thereafter. The company repeatedly pushed back the agreed meeting days.Overall, my experience with South Fl Air Services was a complete letdown. Lack of communication responses makes it impossible for me to recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable HVAC assistance.
