Comments: APPRECIATION TO: SOTO at FREON DOCTOR for Gas Fireplace – Our Gas Fireplace you superbly installed has performed in an outstanding manner keeping us warm with a picturesque view. Your technicians were fabulous showing terrific skills in setting up the fireplace. Now it is nice to have a gas fireplace when the power is out, as it often is in Northern Virginia. With our recent very cold weather, Freon Doctor is saving us from freezing this winter. The fireplace is in the family room so with recliner chairs we can sleep there in comfort and have warm nights and days. Whether with or without power, our lives are cozier and better. ?? Comments: Please NEVER trust Jonas Soto from this company. He took me for almost $2000. Yes, I’m a single woman, but I believed this man. He told me the part I needed cost so much because it was an old fireplace and they probably don’t make it anymore. I should have went by my gut feeling when he pulled it directly from his van (this part that was so hard to get). He sat at my counter and had coffee with me. It was like a pedophile grooming his next victim as I thought about it later. He was so nice and said all the right things. Such a liar!! This part I found easily all over online from $74-$90. He charged me $950!! He then charged me over $700 for an hour of work. During our conversation he also promised me a dog as I explained I was looking for a chihuahua. This was also a lie! This man will see me in small claims court very soon! DO NOT TRUST HIM PLEASE!! Be smarter and more vigilant than I was. Thus is an awful person to do this to anyone.Beaverdam VA

Comments: Alan Kanelopoulos - Want a great company. I called them and said my AC was not working and Soto said he would get to me around 3:30. They was here at 3:33. The tic was name Rick he came in and started to work and find the problem in 15 minutes. The owner came out to see how its was going. Soto the owner started to help Rick do the job. I will use them again and I will ask for Rick. It say a lot about a company when the owner shows up. There price was great. Its was nice to see them come in van with supplys in there van. The van had there names on them. When Rick was cleaning up Soto took time to show me the bad part. Again they are a five star company to me.Alan Kanelopoulos

Work Description: Freon doctor
On 2-4-2017 I hider Freon Doctor to install a new trane system. They stared on 3-29-2017 it took them to 6-15-2017 to finish the job. The contract says they was going to finish on 4-25-2017. When I sign the contract Soto Jonas said all my duct work was stolen. I went under the house all the duct work was there. Mr. Jonas said he was going to return 2400.00 dolars back to me. But he has not.
On December 13 2017. I called Soto the owner of Freon Doctor. I told him when they installed the return to the furnace from the bedroom they did not hook it up. The duct cleaning company said they would hook it up for me for $100.00 and Soto said that would be fair.
On December 20 I send Soto a text about my money and the duct work he installed was making a noise. He said he was going to send it to me a check.
On January 1-3-2018 I called Soto office to if I could some thing done. I talk to Joe Baker. I told that the duct work is making clogging noise when it come on and goes off. Joe said he would call Soto to let him know. No call back
On January 11 at 3 pm. I called Freon Doctors office again. I talked to Joe Baker he said he told Soto and Soto told him he would get back with me. I told him he did not. I told him I would call him next week. No call
On January 17 at 10:54 am. . I called Freon Doctors office again. I talked to Joe Baker he said he told Soto and soto told him he would get back with me. I told him he did not. I told him I would call him next week. No call
On January 24 at 9:42 am. . I called Freon Doctors office again. I talked to Joe Baker he said he told Soto and soto told him he would get back with me. I told him he did not. I ask for Soto last name he said he did not know it. I told him I would call him next week. No call
On January 31 at 10:00. L/M no return call.
On February 7 at 12:20. I called Freon Doctors office again. I talked to Joe Baker he said he told Soto and Soto told him he would get back with me. I told him he did not. I ask for Soto last name again and he said he was told not to give it out. I told him I would call him next week. No call
On February 11 I text Soto to see if his last name was JONAS.
No text back
On February 12 11:39 I text Soto I was not happy and could he do his job. No text back.
On February 21 I text him with a ?. He text me back and said soon. I text him back and said I wanted my $100.00. He text back and said ok
On February 26 11:39. I ran in to Soto at the Food line. He said they would come out on Wednesday are Thursday to fix the problem. No call did not show up.
On February 28 I made a claim with the B.B.B and I called the Virginia licensing board to make a claim. I was told by V.L.B Freon Doctor did not have a license when they did the work at my house. For the first time Freon Doctor had a license was this year February 2 2018 and the license is not in Soto Jonas name. I was told by V.L.B they new Freon Doctor name very well.
March 16-2018 I called Soto he said he was going to call me back to set up a time to come out and fix the problem but he did not call me back.
I called the and filed a complaint office of the attorney general of Virginia and the consumer servce of Viginia.
I have a call into fox news and have not got a call back. Alan K.
