Work Description: Sewer gas smell from toilet and water leaking from tank.
Comments: Reinstalled toilet, that was incorrectly installed by another plumber, eliminating sewer gas smell. Also, fixed tank leak. Came out within 24 hours. Was knowledgeable and did good work.Stone Mountain GA

Work Description: Had a leak in water main. Had waterline replaced
Comments: Full Disclosure: I work for Networx and did not submit a lead in the traditional manner, I looked up contractors in my database...So I had been having high water bills since I had moved into my house and I was told by a handyman who was working on my house that I had a leak in the water main. I contacted Tim and even though he was on vacation, sent one of his workers within a day to my house to check on the situation. I was originally planning on repairing the leak but it was shown that we had aluminum pipes...It doesn't take a genius to know that metal pipes rust very easily and with my home being as old as it is, should probably just be replaced...despite the higher cost. The employee was very quick to figure out the best way to solve the issue, was unobtrusive in my home, and as soon as the gas line was marked they were prompt to come and finish the job. While I would admit Tim could probably work on sounding a little friendlier on the phone, I know that's a typical demeanor of a contractor (I deal with them all day long). I feel that the service was professional and well done...they did not do a butcher job on my lawn either...wife is definitely happy about that. I would reccomend this company to anyone using Networx to find a plumber.

Work Description: Moved WH from kitchen area to a closet 30 ft away. New water & drain lines, new electic line.
Comments: Contacted by Tim Wed in morning, 4 hrs after I posted request. Came out that morning, gave est, completed 60% on Wed and back this morning to complete.Great Crew, showed up when promised, polite, respectful, Didn't act like they were doing me a favor.
