Comments: The concrete slab (12x20) for the shed is cracked on the surface although no one touch it, or set anything on it.I call the contractor and report the problem. He promised to fix it, but after 2 weeks no change.
I had to cancel all other plans until it gets fixed. I need to delay the purchase of the shed hoping the price does not increase.
The contractor is not responsive, he performed a minimal clean up of the site after pouring the concrete, left part of his materials on the property for 2 weeks, and respond angrily when I requested him to remove them.
I will still be waiting another week to see if the contractor will adjust his attitude and act professionally, and then see what to do next...
