Work Description: Replaced small item on condensing unit. Said to have cleaned three units.
Comments: Price was way too high for work done. I have had similar work done for about half the cost. I asked for an estimate but was told to wait to see if any other problem existed. Then I was shocked at the cost.Leeds AL

Work Description: Heating system wasn't working correctly. Evaporator coil had become separated from furnace, but I had not noticed it.
Comments: Jeff saw problem immediately and fixed it quickly. Smiley's was only company willing to even try repairing the system -- all others were only willing to replace it. Will recommend!
