Comments: PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! They are shady as all hell and formally known as Heavenly Air and Comfort. Please see my review below. I copied and paste it from my BBB review. I posted the same review on Yelp and Google.Just an update, as of 05/25/2020, once again, our air conditioner is not working. That’s two years in a row. Our equipment was installed in June of 2018. Summer of 2019 it didn’t work, they said they fixed it. Come summer 2020, it is not working again. Same s$&@ as the last time. Compressor works, but the coils are covered in frost. I have another complaint to Ygrene (the company that did our financing).
Well, if you've recently received service from this company, you better hope they did the job correctly. In June of 1018, we contacted ***** *****, the owner. ***** is a charmer and he sounds like he genuinely cares. He tries to pass himself as a former cop. We hired his company to replace our entire HVAC system. Once they were done, we were happy because we had a working system. Especially after going for several weeks without one. The technicians completed the job. Two days later, the AC went out again. We were sorely disappointed and frustrated. The technicians returned and "fixed" the problem. The AC worked through the rest of the summer. Come winter. Our heater didn't work. The company sent a technician to "fix" the problem. Then came summer 2019, we turned the AC on, it worked for about a week and then stopped working. My husband contacted Heavenly to let them know our AC was not working. They sent a tech out the following day. They got the AC to work and went on their way. The following day we came home and the AC wasn't working again. To sum it up, the technicians came out to our house at least 10 different times (we lost count after the 5th time). I will admit that their techs were nice and tried their best to make it right. It was determined that when they replaced the new system, not all of it was replaced. They installed the new with the old. In addition to this, the unit was installed incorrectly that it caused the coil to leak into our attic, which damaged the drywall on our upstairs ceiling. After several conversations with ****** and *****, which was not easy to do when ***** is not responding to your calls, they agreed to redo the system. The technicians showed up on Friday August 30th, they were here from noon to midnight. They fixed most of the system, but ran out of material. So, the downstairs was completed, but the upstairs was not. The techs said they didn't have enough duct work to hook up some of the vents, but that they would make sure, it got done ASAP. Well, here we are, almost two weeks later and we haven't heard anything from the company. Our upstairs AC blows air only in two areas....our master bedroom bathroom and my closet. It got so cold in the bathroom and closet we had to turn off the AC. Our poor 8 year old twins, refused to sleep in their rooms because it was so hot (night and day). My daughter and son's room felt like I was walking into an oven. My husband has called Heavenly and their phone is disconnected. He's text both ***** and ****** and nothing. My husband went out to their listed location, in Antioch and it was an empty business. In addition to all of this, the final inspection was never completed. I contacted ******, the finance company and they tried calling Heavenly, but got the same disconnected number. Anyway, ****** has an open claim on Heavenly and we hope we can at least get our HVAC completed. Please don’t trust this company with your HVAC needs!! I recently heard this guy has had his contractor license revoked in the past. I’m not sure how true this is, but it wouldn’t surprised.

Comments: Overall, this review is going to be harsh. You should consider moving on. If the quote is cheap, you’ll end up paying for it in the long run- don’t be fooled. I don’t think Heavenly is entirely corrupt, but I have proof supporting the idea. The owner, Dave, pretended to change his cell phone number by claiming to be someone else, the GM Javiar stopped returning calls, and the secretary Vanessa is a nuisance of a middle-(wo)man. The problems started after Heavenly replaced both central heating and AC systems. There were problems the very next day. Heavenly responded to the first call quickly (clogged primary drip pan) within a few days, but the problems were not solved. It took Heavenly about a month to return again; amazingly the installers left the old unit in my attic instead being properly removed. What’s worse, the cold air was leaking out into the attic due to poor welding and sealing. The air leaks were so bad I could hear the hissing from outside the attic. Finally, I’m STILL waiting for Heavenly to return (a third time), all to still troubleshoot why the system is STILL not performing efficiently. They’ve refused to set up the mandated city inspection, and have become effectively unreachable. If Heavenly intends to honestly address my issues, I’ll soften this review. Until then, move on; do not hire this company.
