Work Description: Backsplash Installation
Comments: I like his work and personality. However he did not show up for the first scheduled appointment nor did he called to let me know he wasn't coming. After speaking to him the next two time he kept the appointment but ran about 2 hours late. He did txt to let me know he was still coming but not what time. If it wasn't from the fact of keeping the appointment time I would have given him a rate of 5. His contract is in three phases part one is completed.-
