Work Description: Spreading Gravel
Comments: We paid Rashaun's unprofessional company to do multiple projects at our home. I wantEd a fire-pit in the back yard and my spouse hired him to spread gravel for a couple hundred dollars. We already had a bad experience with this man, so I didn't fully trust his integrity. Nonetheless, when he delivered and spread the gravel he broke our new concrete driveway and did an awful job of grading down 4-6 inches before spreading the gravel. We had to hire other people to redo some of his work. This man showed up drunk to discuss the project with my spouse. He was arguing and cussing too much with my husband, so we didn't even get a refund or get it fixed. Poor service, unprofessional and poor quality of the work/product.Ashland City TN

Comments: July 2022- poured concrete, by August 2022, already cracking… now is crumbling!!! Have text stating two year guarantee…. However will not respond or come look at!!!!! Our money is wasted! Driveway is just crumbles!!! Unbelievable experience!!!!! Contacted BBB and they are not even a member of!!!! Please do your research!!!! Work Description: Install 600 sf ft foundation and 75 ft driveway
Comments: SCAMMER and THIEF. I paid him $14,300 to pour concrete for my 75 ft driveway and 600 sq ft guest house and he lied more than 6 times to my steal money for things he did not do for the project. He was very unprofessional, disrespectful and I had to force him to get me a receipt which he scribbled on a piece of paper with aa pencil.I later had to pay an engineer $350, General Contractor and 2 different plumbers $200 to cut a 2ft square hole and all evaluate what was wrong with the concrete. They all clarified that the concrete pour of the 600 sq ft guest house was awful and missing some structural things. It's missing all the required rebar/mesh, 6 inches of gravel and the moisture barrier. The 75 ft driveway has also been falling apart for 2 months after the pour and we can't see the mesh/gravel for that either.
He lied before, during and after the project that he would put those in the project, and I have text messages and more documents to prove it. Three months ago, I confirmed his 2-year warranty, then requested that he fix these defects, since it is a year from when he did the project. I even provided him the engineer letter that his work had significant defects. That has been about 3 months ago, and he has been avoiding my calls and lying via text that "he will come by tomorrow to work on it."
This man also showed up drunk at my house to address mistakes in his work. I feel like he stole from my family, lied multiple times and was disrespectful about it. Stealing $14,300 is not small to me.

Comments: I did a general search for a sidewalk installation. I was contacted with in just a few minutes. My story is a little deeper than just how fast he contacted me though. My mother is getting elderly and recently fell on the tiny concrete step we had. She bruised her ribs and blacked her eye. She laid out on the sidewalk for twenty minutes with no help. Mr. Silver took the time to receive pictures of the project and gave me safety ideas and gave me a quote. He came out the day after he contacted me and completed the project. He made a wheelchair ramp, added a handrail that wouldn't get hot in the sun and made a sidewalk 50 feet long that can easily be used with a wheelchair. He did not increase the price by a single penny. I had two other quotes I didn't mention to him. one was $7500, The other was $3500 without the handrail and before tax. I paid $3450 after taxes and all for a 50ft. 5ft wide sidewalk with a wheelchair ramp and a handrail. AND it was all done within 24 hours. He took my mother's safety to heart and did a wonderful job.
