Work Description: Exterior Painting
Comments: We hired this contractor in November for exterior painting and additional house remodel. The contractor was very responsive at the beginning and gave a reasonable price on the entire project. To be paid in 3 installments. We paid the first installment upon work commencement thereafter, he asked us that we pay him upfront for the other materials in which we did. The materials never came. Thereafter, he sent out 1 guy to proceed with the house painting and to this day, the one guy apparently is no longer working for him, he left the house paint unfinished in various areas including the inside trim of the house and the other projects incomplete. It has been one excuse after another and to date, he hasn’t come to the house to continue the work. We are asking him to refund our money if he isn’t going to finish the job, to no avail. I’m beyond frustrated at this point that we trusted whom we thought was going to be a professional contractor given that we found him on this site we thought it was a reputable and reliable source. This situation is leaving us no choice but to seek legal recourse.-
