Work Description: Electrical Problem
Comments: Went through home warranty company and Shearer Electrical of New Caney. First appointment Nathan never showed up or called or texted. I called and mailbox was full, I emailed and texted and got no response from him. Stayed home five hours for his appointment. Second appoint set by warranty company again with him. Spoke to him in the early afternoon to confirm he was going to show up. He said he would be here within the hour. Four hours later he still had not shown up, called, emailed or texted. I called his phone and again his mailbox is full. I would not consider this company as reliable. I will not recommend Shearer Electrical to anyone.Houston TX
