Comments: Through Home Advisers this company contacted me to service 4 properties. She calledme on 8/8,8/9, 8/10 twice I was sent an estimate on 8/10 to be signed and returned signed on 8/12 with a request the work start the week of the 17th.

I had a question about the rates. She respond in writing. It made sense. She stated the house was on a corner lot and they did not have any other properties in the area. Therefor the service would be $60 per cut.$25 more than the next cheapest property and $30 more than the cheapest. I asked why the one was $60. She gavea fair response. I signed the estimated dated it and requested the work begin the week of the 17th. Never heard from her until today when she returned my call from yesterday. he called at 7:11 AM in the morning and then hung up on me as she stated she had not received the signed estimate. I said she must have as it did not come and it was a part of a stream of emails which we had been sending back and forth. She hung up on me. When I spoke to Home Advisors she stated I had "disrespected" her over the pricing.

She needs to grow up and it is disrespectful to call customers on Saturday and Sunday uninvited and to call 7:11 AM and 7:21 AM or to call on Saturday and Sunday. She knew I was in California and that there was a time difference which I had explained. So maybe I wasn't completely awake when she called. At any rate she is not trustworthy. And would not trust them to do any work for me. And she is very unprofessional. If she was not happy with me, she should have sent an email stating she was didn't want my business and to obtain services from someone else.
I do apologize about the inconvenience you had with my company. However, I was with you until you began creating false claims. Everything was accurate until the calls. When I sent my quote and gave my reasoning for my price, I did not receive a response. I also called you and never received an answer. (It doesn’t make sense for me to ignore business when I’m in the process of building clientele AND I REACHED OUT FIRST). After I didn’t receive a response, I never reached back out to you. You called me just recently (almost a month later) asking what happened to services (It would have made way more sense to call around the 17th when you didn’t hear from me and not almost a month later) and I told you, due to lack of communication on your behalf we were not able to come to an agreement and move forward with scheduling of services. You stated I called at 7:11am when truthfully I don’t wake up that early, I also don’t start my business until 12 noon. We also do not work on Sundays. I also had no clue you were in California and is not aware of any time difference. We have NEVER had a conversation about such, I do not know you so I have no reason to not be happy with you when I was very EAGER and EXCITED to take you on as a new client but you will not defame my character with lies. You called me being very rude and for that I have every right to decline services. You also had HomeAdvisor reach out to me and I explained to them that I had no problem taking you on as a client STILL as long as you can do business respectfully. Honestly, this is a simple case of miscommunication that could have been handled differently had there been more respect for me and my business. Understand it is not what you do, but how you do it. Also, due to this incident, I recently searched for the email you claim to have signed and sent and YES I have discovered it in my JUNK FOLDER and I do apologize for the misunderstanding and inconvenience but a simple follow up call regarding services could have got the situation handled differently and on a more positive note. But as always, thank you for your inquiry and I wish you nothing but success in finding assistance for someone to service your properties.
