Work Description: My Ac wasn't cooling, so I called this company. they said they would be out at one time and didn't show up at the time, then they called and said that the truck broke down, but showed up three (3) hours later. then when they got there they stayed outside over 30minutes, said internet was down, I had to go out there and ask them to please come on and do what they had to do because I had to go somewhere. they came in and said that the wires were cut under the house and they had to rerun the wires. they did not fix it at that time but would come back on Monday. meanwhile they hooked the air up to run nonstop through the breaker box the whole weekend. ON Monday I had to call my job to take off the whole day because they were late and it took that long. So they did give me a free thermostat, but the cost was over 300.00. Hansel and Corinth seemed to be nice people so I asked them to go out to my moms house to clean her ac because it hadn't been cleaned in years. they gave me the run around for months to go over there. I called and texted them her address and they said we will go on this day , never went , they said " oh send it to my phone, or send it to the computer, but never went, then they sent a text on more than one occasion, saying we will call when we are on our way, they still never went to my moms house> I asked them what was the problem ? was it the area or was it not enough money? I mean who does that. and they at some point just stopped answering my calls and or messages and never went to simply clean or service her air conditioner. I've never seen this from a legitimate business or customer service like this. if they didn't want to do it or couldn't do it. I would have rathered them just say " hey we don't service that area. but my mom lives 5 minutes away from me. I know right.. I should have known just to move on after the first lie. Wow right....

Comments: If there was an option for a negative number, I would give ServiceNow that number. 1 is too good for them.I will NEVER use this company again and NEVER recommend them to anyone. I am still spending money to fix what they did and did not do. Someone from a reputable a/c company and a certified electrician informed me that a disconnect should have been installed on the side of my new a/c unit, so as of right now, my a/c is not up to code. ServiceNow never installed a disconnect on my new unit. I mentioned this to ServiceNow and was told I didn't need it. I told him a certified electrician said my unit is not up to code but ServiceNow didn't care. This will cost me another $300 to fix after giving ServiceNow $2,300 to install the unit. A couple of weeks ago, I put my heater on and had no heat. ServiceNow came out and adjusted wires so the heater would work. In the meantime, he put the motor on high speed, which there was no need to do, because since July, I had cold air even though the motor was not on high speed. Against my wishes, he left the motor on high speed. I had to call out another a/c company to lower the speed of the motor and the tech from the other company said the wires were not connected correctly so he had to correct that. The tech also said that having the motor on high speed would have burned the motor up. An a/c man of 40 years also told me that having the motor on high speed would have burned the motor up. This cost me another $150 to fix ServiceNow's incompetence.
The reputable company who just left said for what I paid ServiceNow, they would have installed a new platform for the a/c and would have sealed all the openings in the a/c closet which ServiceNow did not do. I paid someone $250 to seal all the openings. I had asked ServiceNow to seal the openings at the top of the closet but he told me "NO" because he didn't make the openings.
There is so much more to my story but won't go into it unless someone wants to contact me and I will tell you the rest of the story. I have since found a reputable company who knows what they are doing and I will give my business to them.
