With so many companies charging so much for something that is not worth it, I didn’t know how to go about it. So I started calling around to see what’s up. I came across this company and was suddenly pleased I tell you!! The secretary’s at the office where so nice and had great customer service the few times that I called (customer service is a biggie for me). So I set up an appointment and they sent out Cord so I can get an estimate. He was very polite and had great personality! I ended up contracting them since he went over everything with me and showed me the different prices, I really liked that! He sent out his guys and they installed the ac and they were so professional! They cleaned up after themselves and when they were done it was like they had never been here from how cleaned they left my house. Thank you guys so much for the great service! Work Description: The technician showed up at the time he scheduled, but left to get a part that he needed and didn't return for 5 hours.
Comments: The technician gave an estimate of one price, but did not explain that the actual cost would be a lot more due to the replacement of a pipe, 2 switches and the cost of the Freon that had to be added. Also he installed a new thermostat without asking or explaining fully why it was necessary. We requested that they remove the thermostat and replace it with one that one that originally came with the unit. He came back and did so but charged us a 20% restock fee. We will not be recommending Service All Stars to anyone.Sylmar CA
