Work Description: This is a rental and was empty. I explained that it was dirty and we had a roach problem although the house had been fogged so there would be dead bugs to clean up as well. I spoke to them about several specific issues of concern. I was assured that there would not be any problems.
Comments: They called after arriving to tell me that it was dustier than expected and requested an additional $40.00 that I agreed to.Gizelle called to tell me that the house was done (I was surprised that it was done so quickly and said so). I arrived at the house 4 days later. The specific issues discussed were not cleaned.The Fridge had mold in it (up front), many areas skipped and windows tracks NOT vacuumed as we discussed. They agreed to send someone back to complete the job. After they informed me it was done, I traveled back again (1 hour away). Many window tracks were still NOT touched, the rest not completed. They refused to send someone to back because they are far away. If they are at too far away, they should NOT have accepted the job or complete it properly the first time. I would never use them again nor recommend them!Scottsdale AZ
