Work Description: Porch, sidewalks and patios
Comments: AGAIN - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As the others stated, Sam did a great job of explaining the job and telling you what you want to hear. He bid the job and then said he needed another 2k.Did demo and it sat in our driveway for weeks before he cleared it out. He left workers out here with no equipment, no food or water and they didn't speak English. They had to use our equipment and it is trashed.
The concrete had extreme color variation, sections with no expansion joint, water runs to the house, he buried siding, pitted areas, trowel marks, porch and steps hold water and he had concrete all over the side of the house.
His job was so bad that we had to remove it and start all over with a new contractor.
He said he would pay us back. Made a couple of payments and now he is nowhere to be found.
Spend the extra money up front to have your job done by a reputable company. Otherwise you will pay in the long run.

Comments: Samuel took our money and ran. We trusted him, and as others would say, he looked like an honest man, but apparently was all acting. He took 3 months to prepare de area, would never show up when he said he would, made us buy the materials under the reason he did not have money and beasically deceived us in every possible way. He prepared to pour and the truck showed up to poor and he didn't. The pouring was never made,, leaving us with a huge mess, paying for all materials (which he was going to cover according to the bid) and promising he would be here by beginning of spring, It is summer and he would not return our calls or texts and never came back (a year later). At this point we have to say he acted as a thief and his bond is not enough to pay for the people already seeking their money back. Skip him and save yourself from a big problem.Seattle WA

Work Description: concrete patio and sidewalk
Comments: DO NOT use this company. They will do a great job bidding and explaining the project but they won't follow through to finish and, for us, messed up the patio badly. Samuel, the owner, is very nice and appears to be honest. However, when he asks for 1/2 down (in cash or with the name of your bank), his crew does about 3 hours of work and then doesn't show up again for weeks. He shows up whenever he feels like it, without warning (thanksgiving morning) but not when he says he will. As the job progresses over weeks, he will keep asking for more of the money. I tried to keep some, for leverage, but in the end he just never finished the job. Now our patio has a large dip which pools water and the edges where it ties into the old patio is smeared with concrete and is rough looking. Lastly, about a month after the last time we saw him, one of his workers showed up and asked if we'd heard from him. He told us he never got paid for the last few days of work. Comments: Came out and quoted quickly. Followed up for job decision right away. Came out for contract and started working. Required 50% down, then did 3 hours worth of work and left. Has made excuse after excuses and multiple appointments to come finish the job. Three day project is going on three weeks.Seattle WA

Comments: By some of the pictures I look at I see that Sam had done a good job for you and hats off for that but unfortunately for me it took almost 5 weeks for a job promised me done in a week. Communication was the biggest problem of all and unfortunately he never did complete the whole job. I had to stain a porch myself, reseal the driveway myself, and patch the pieces of concrete that fell out of his work myself. it seemed to me that I had to fight tooth and nail to get anything done in any amount of appropriate time that was promised. As a person he's a very nice man but as a contractor he left a lot to be desired.Tacoma WA
