Comments: To start off, it tooks months to get our permit because John drug his feet by not getting the information to the city of Heath which they needed. He told us they were really slow because they don't like people from California. John went over the bid by $40,000+ and refused to show receipts to justify more payments. John did not give plans to any of the subcontractors, he told them what to do, therefore, the building was not build like the plans that were agreed upon in the contract. John thinks he is always right no matter what the home owner wants, so he doesn't discuss it with you he just does what he wants. Even though he is over budget if you don't give him more money he pulls the subcontractors off the job (twice). One incident I wouldn't give him more money without invoices so he assaulted and threatened me. In the end, John breached the contract, he exceeded the bid, pulled subcontractors off the job and abandoned the job site. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND Sauly's Superior Services and John Saulsman. I have no idea where he got Superior.Kaufman TX

Comments: This Contractor Ripped me off for $1170.00 DO NOT use this Contractor at any cost. He is a criminal. He will send someone in after excuses of why the job has not started and will have 1 guy demo the area and then will leave you high and dry. 1 of his excuses are his employee has covid after they've been in your home. DO NOT TRUST HIM. I have phone call recordings and screen shots of the text messages available upon request. The cops are being notified and Civil cases are being filed against this contractor.Mesquite TX
