Comments: Re-pitched gutter didn’t work. I must’ve texted him at least three or four times to return after paying $450. Finally returned. Now suggested adding new down spout. Now $150. more. Santos should’ve suggested that in the beginning. Wasted money here for me. I would not recommend Santos.
