Work Description: No call no show
Comments: I attempted to have SANDCO LLC come to my home for service. He gave me a call and we spoke about when I’d be available. I wanted to verify with my wife so he said he’d text me his information and I’d reach back via text to verify whether we could pursue the day and hours we agreed upon I did just that minutes later, and awaited his arrival on that day. After waiting approximately two hours after the scheduled arrival time, I reached out very politely via text as I don’t like to assume I’m being stood up. However, his reply let me know that’s exactly what happened. So after agreeing to a date and time, he did not show up, did not call/text to change dates or time, and did not reach out to say the agreed upon schedule could not be upheld. I had to reach out to him. I would not recommend this company due to extremely poor customer service.Andrews Air Force Base MD
