Work Description: They haven't started job yet, gworking up contract. We have serious plumbing issues. First 2 lines on city side were busted, and we have busted pipes under our house 20k job.

Work Description: To repair a leaking pipe and repair my water softener. He could not repair my water softener, did repair the pipe.
Comments: Very nice guy, but he pieced together the insulation to go around the pipe instead of having 1 piece like my other pipes, then put several pieces of duct tape on it. It is in the front of my house where everyone can see it. VERY disappointed. Will also have to call ANOTHER plumber to repair the water softener. If they could NOT meet the need, they should not have submitted their name for the job!!!!!!
