Comments: Was referred to them by my home warranty company. worker came out to fix shower pipe. worker was disrespectful and claimed he did not have the parts to fix the problem and could not give an ETA of how long it would take. I requested a second opinion from another company. That company came out and completed the job same day. i would never recommend this company to anyone.Olde West Chester OH

Work Description: Disposal replacement
Comments: They came out to replace my disposal , didnt have the right power cord so they said they would hook things up so it can be used when they come back in a day , because they were booked up. I said ok. Went to use my dishwasher and when I returned my hard wood floors were flooded , something was not connect correctly. When I called back and told them , and asking can someone come out today and fix this , I was told "we told you we are booked up". How can you with any good conscious do a half job and move on to someone else, even after being informed the job you did caused damage. I will never use them again .-
