Comments: I reached out to Aldo 9 days ago for an estimate to get the whole lawn sodded on a house my wife and I were buying. I explained to him we were in peicess of buying a home and closing was only 28 days away. He said he'd call me 2 or 3 days later to set up an appt and I called him on the fourth day cause I never heard back from him. So we finally set something up and I met him at the property and his son took measurements while we talked, the whole thing took 15 minutes at most. Aldo took my email address and said he'd email me the quote the next morning as I needed it to put in the home inspection and subtract the cost to sod the lawn in the contract. The next morning comes and he texts me he wants $300 for the estimate, which he never mentioned anything about any if the times I talked to him. He knew I needed the estimate so he basically held it hostage for $300 and I think he figured he can get $300 from us since we needed the estimate that day before the inspection period ends and if we wanted sellers to pay for the lawn we had to give him the $300. And since I did not get the estimate the sellers would NOT pay for the lawn so we had to back out of buying the house. So we lost the house and he lost a $20k job. Super unethical and disrespectful!Seymour CT

wanted the job done in a specific manor, other contractors I contacted tried to have me do the job the way THEY wanted to do it. Roses Farm listened to my needs and
requests and provided suggestions to help me accomplish
