Work Description: Roof Replace - Asphalt Shingle

Comments: They came and inspected the roof; it didn't need replacing. They cleaned debris off the roof and applied caulk to every spot. Days after they left, we discovered that what appeared to be a leak was really some light fixtures with tightly sealed enclosures gathering condensation. I created some looseness (air flow) in those fixtures that resolved the condensation collecting. There may still be an airflow issue in the space between the ceiling and the roof. ??? My wife was surprised by how much they charged for what they accomplished. They said that a few of our vents (especially stove vent) had the wrong type of roof outlet. They said "their guy" would contact me to resolve...I have not heard back.
