Work Description: Roof replacement
Comments: I hired BQ Roofing to replace my roof in July, 2020. At the end of December, 2020 the roof started leaking in my bedroom. I contacted BQ about it, after 2 weeks they finally came out. A worker got on the roof and stated that the rubber roof was never replaced and got the owner on the phone. The owner said that he would fix it and the workers left their ladder and some shingles on my back deck. Today 1/11/2021, the owner called and said he would not be replacing the rubber roof even though I have paid for it in full. The rubber roof has holes in it and some of the wood under the rubber roof has rotted. Why would a company only replace 3/4 of a roof?Cincinnati OH

Work Description: concrete install
Comments: Horrible communication. Always had to be the one to initiate contact, never returned calls. Had to contact supervisor for a response and they stopped responding. They knew it was going to rain soon after project and never took steps to protect the newly laid concrete. When contacted about issues, no one responded. They did come out the next day, un announced, to inspect. When an agreement was reached as to how to resolve, they left, never to return or call. Run from this company. No customer service skills whatsoever and the job was not completed as promised. BQ does work under different names, ie: BQ roofing, BQ concrete, etc.Olde West Chester OH

Comments: This company was AWESOME from the time they came out to provide my initial quote to the time they spent assisting with my insurance claim and the actual installment and completion of my roof they were very professional, thorough and top notch. Kevin and Jessie are A+ . I would definitely recommend this company !!!!!-
