- Eliminate the middle-man/subcontractors: It is extremely important to deal straight with the customer in every aspect of a remodeling project. Doing so we are able to pass to our customers the middle-man profits and most importantly reduce the project duration since our own employees will be present at all times on the projects. Another very important aspect is the quick response to any possible issues or changes the show up during a project. We don't have to wait for the customer to address the subcontractor for an issue, then the sub address the supervisor, then the supervisor go the head of department, then head of department go to the president to take a decision and then follow the reverse route. Doing so extends the project duration, parts of the message can be lost on the way and most importantly the customer is paying for all these people to talk to each other. Our solution is a simple straight communication between us and the customer. Our employees and the supervisor are present on every job and a decision can be taken on the spot whenever the need arises.
- Eliminate the showroom: The big and fancy showrooms are all paid in a bigger or smaller portion on every project these companies complete. We decided that customer savings are more important than adding such a big expenditure that can offer only a few examples of remodeling ideas when there are a multitude of such ideas to choose from and complete without just paying for a few of them to sit in a showroom.
