Comments: Roca & Associates Construction was amazing. They extended and totally redid my driveway, they also redid my front steps. They did an extraordinary job and the price was affordable. They made my house look like a brand new house. Roca & Associates' team is highly professional and reliable. They were precise and made sure all my concerns were addressed and fixed. Comments: I called about getting my driveway sealed and some cracks repaired. They were responsive and did a very professional job. Once they finished, they left several used tar buckets as barriers to prevent entry into the driveway while it dried. They promised several times to come retrieve these buckets as I cannot throw them away given the tar residue. It has been over a week and they still have not come. As I result, I need to transport these (mostly) empty containers to the local dump tomorrow and dispose of them myself. There may be a fee to do so. Had they lived up to their commitment to retrieve and dispose of the buckets I would have rated them with a better overall score.

Comments: They were very responsive. They came the day after I called them to get an estimate. Got the estimate Friday evening and Saturday morning they arrived on time, early in the morning, ready to go with the hot asphalt and other materials, just like they told me the day before. They finished the work in four hours. Nice folks: responsible workers with a good attitude and pride in getting things done right. I have no hesitation recommending them.

Comments: Roca did a great job with the construction of a retaining wall. They were polite, responsive, very knowledge, and offered us a great price. The space they had to work in was difficult to access, but they managed it with no problem. They even cleaned the stones after demolishing the previous wall, which was nearly 100 years old, so that we could reuse the material in our garden.

Comments: Roca did a terrific job Install Concrete Patios, Sidewalk, Install New Asphalt and Seal Existing Asphalt. The job in my yard was very complicated because he had to extend the existing patio by installing new Pavers that matched the existing one. he made multiple visits to the Paver suppliers to make sure the job looked seamless. Also, because the eye can tell new from old...he updated the existing border of the entire patio with new and darker Pavers which uplifted the look of my patio. It Looks SO BEAUTIFUL now!! He also created a new side walk and made sure the plumbing was correctly installed under the pavers for proper water drainage. The job was perfect. He was prompt, careful, and professional. His crew was tidy and polite. The work was finished on schedule and on budget.

Comments: Roca has been great to work with and our deck project was done quickly and professionally. Roca (the owner) has a good eye for what will look good and his advice was very helpful in guiding us to make the right decisions throughout the project. He was genuinely concerned that the deck look as good as it possibly could, even for some decisions that made the job more difficult for them. It's important to communicate throughout the project, but this is true of all contractors in our experience. We plan to use Roca for additional projects and will recommend his company to others.

Comments: This is the second time I have used Olegarria Roca for bathroom remodel. he installed a new recessed cabinet, installed new recessed medicine cabinet,removed old light, installed new light fixture, moved electrical outlet, redid all the tile on one wall. the bathroom looks clean and modern, no longer dated 1950's. my plumber did the sink and toilet, but I will use Roca for my next toilet replacement. He is very easy to work with, comes on time and finishes work in a timely fashion. and his pricing is very reasonable.

Comments: I've been a homeowner more than fifty years. As a longtime DIYer I appreciate good workmanship and expect it from any contractor I hire, and there have been many. Roca and his workers are in a class by themselves. I was planning several projects, starting with a complete refurbishing of our large deck. Roca's company was recommended; his price quote was fair and I was impressed with the speed which he returned phone calls. After removing the deck flooring, the understructure revealed many flaws which needed correcting. Although this involved much extra work, Roca insisted on doing the job right--at no extra charge. The rebuilt deck is perfect. While working on the deck we discussed the other projects for which I had planned to hire a mason, and a landscaper. It turns out that Roca is a master craftsman in these areas as well as carpentry. He stayed on an additional three weeks, doing several complex masonry jobs, including some major yard drainage work and extensive landscaping. In all of these projects, Roca brought a real touch of artistry so that the finished work really adds much to the exterior appearance of the property. While doing the major work he spotted several problems, inside and out that needed correcting and threw in these projects as well--refurbishing two overhead garage doors, re-aligning a gate and fence, and re-connecting and re-taping a major A/C duct in the attic. And, finally, during all this time, while we had a dumpster in the driveway, he helped me clean out the garage and basement. The charge for all this work was more than reasonable. When the weather gets too cold for outdoor work, Roca will be coming back to sand and refinish some interior hardwood floors and other interior work.. No matter the job, I could not recommend anyone more highly.

Comments: The wind took our storm door and broke our outside light fixture. I found Roca on this site and he took very good care of us. He came right away, removed the dangerous broken light fixture and door. Then bought replacement lights and storm door at home depot. Unfortunately the storm door had a defective latch. He removed it, returned it, bought a new one and installed the new one. His work was quick and right and we would definitely use him again. He was very interested in being sure we were both happy with the final product. I really appreciated that.

Comments: Roca Contruction came up in Home Advisor and he called me same day to inquire on my project. Came by that same evening to look at the site and provide a free estimate. I think his estimate was great! Considering the job I wanted would have been less that par. Roca provided great advice and guidance with great vision of how my front walkway could look with pavers as opposed to pouring cement. Considering the estimate I had to follow through with the recommended pavers. They would have been done in two days, but with the rainy weather it delayed them by a day. They showed really early to start working on the project and they kept going til late afternoon. Great team and dedication and the results were better than expected. I'm really proud of the work and the contractor I hired for the job! I will definitely be using them again for two additional projects i have in mind for a Tub and a Shower replacement.

Comments: Friendly crew, good wood work and mason work. They build a 500sqf patio that we had designed and made a new door in concrete foundation. Good knowledge and good price for project. Few finishing details got adjusted which I would assume is normal for a big project. Would post pictures as finished project looks great. Comments: Roca recently completed a basement remodel for me after we had sewage back into it. While it was not a gut job, we did require some new walls and all new flooring throughout after the clean up. We also decided to renovate the basement laundry as part of the project. Roca was great at communicating with me and our designer about the scope of the project. The team was also very responsive to my questions and suggestions. I would definitely recoomend them. This was the second project I had them complete from me (the first was a new sidewalk). Both times left me very satisfied with their work.

The price was very reasonable as well and the work was done in a day. My neighbor across the street also hired Roca to do his driveway. I would highly recommend them to do this job. Comments: I had taken the day off work and hired a handyman to come and install my washer/dryer along with installing a mailbox on our stone wall out front. Well, that handyman cancelled last minute and I needed the work done that day as days off from work are hard to come by. So I called Roca and he showed up in about an hour to give me an estimate. A few hours later he came back with his crew. The quality of the work was great and he was in and out in an hour. Roca will be my first call next time I need something done.

Comments: My retaining wall was damaged when a tree crushed it. I replaced the wall that was cinder block. I was extremely happy with the work done by ROCA and would highly recommend them. In fact I am in the process of having him do my driveway. Whenever I called,if the owner didn’t pick up the phone I either got a text message or a callback shortly after. Comments: They widened my driveway and installed a stone retaining wall. Looks nice. They worked quickly and completed the work within a week once they got started. They removed and disposed of the topsoil that was excavated. I had no place to put it. They also saved all of the cobblestones that were removed during excavation and placed them in the designated location as requested. I would absolutely recommend them.
