Work Description: Porcelain Tile
Comments: Very unprofessional. Insurance project manager recommended him to me. I checked their background & hired. Tim said he would level my floor & use crack isolation membrane, then install my porcelain tiles but required a deposit to buy supplies. He did not prep the floor, and glued down tIle without leveling or using antillippage leveling devices. The tile was Spot Bonded resulting in empty cavities under the tiles. All my tiles had lippage, the floor is uneven. He ruined 18 boxes of tile. He left a mess on the porch, along with a few tools, and will not return my key. He plugged a heavy duty saw into a plug that is tied to a 3 way, 3 gang light switch and turned on all the devices (2 celing fans, & lights) along w the saw; shorting out the system, ruined a video doorbell. I hired someone else to tear the job out. I had the house rekeyed, hired an electrican to fix the lighting $220.00, bought a new doorbell $230, ordered new tile $1800.00,..you get the picture. Yes I had the project manager over to see the ruined tile, and took extensive photographs before demo.

Work Description: He has done kitchen flooring and bathroom flooring in a previous home and did all the tile in our current home.
Comments: Tim is the only person we will use to do tile or flooring. I highly recommend him. My family and friends who I have recommended to him have been very happy with his work as well.-
