Work Description: Basement flooded from frozen pipes from sump pump. Check valve & pipe leaked.
Comments: Uneccessary work done after inaccurate & false info given. Work performed turned out to be a dangerous federal code violation according to the Ky Dept of plumbing. It all had to go back as it was originally. RL Plumbing would not reimburse half the cost for dishonest business practices. Was very argumentative and angry when the dept of plumbing contacted him. Do not use this plumber if you’re a woman with a limited budget.New Albany IN
